Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of meaningful experience, travel industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
- High attention to detail
- A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Ability to manage projects of varying size and scope simultaneously, while prioritizing appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experience
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal technical teams and interact with senior members of KAYAK leadership across globally located offices
- BA/BS degree
- Travel required

- KAYAK is seeking a driven and strategic Commercial Partnerships Associate Manager to play a pivotal role in managing and growing our key partnerships within the Flight vertical
- Cultivate, mediate, and maintain high-value partnerships with travel agency distribution partners, driving growth and long-term collaboration within the vertical
- Lead performance analysis and proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring optimized outcomes for partners and internal stakeholders
- Build and nurture positive relationships across the organization, partnering closely with commercial, engineering, finance, and product teams to align goals and deliver results
- Strategically identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve existing partnerships, focusing on revenue growth and delivering outstanding user experiences
- Act as a trusted advisor on strategic accounts, managing reporting, tracking, billing, operations, and optimization with precision and insight
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape of travel search platforms, crafting and executing innovative strategies to address gaps and strengthen the company’s market position
