• You are organized and detail-oriented. You take CRM diligence seriously and keep timely records of all activity
• You are comfortable working in a start-up environment and understand how to navigate regular program changes. You can communicate the new value derived from program changes to clients
• You are interested in providing a seamless client experience

• High-performing individuals will be given the opportunity to ramp onto an Outbound Partner Success role
• Provide administrative and operational support to Outbound Partner Success roles to ensure clients receive timely and consistent service
• Address internal cross-functional tickets within established SLAs and with proper documentation
• Escalate complex or high-risk situations to the correct Outbound Partner Success role with clear context and recommendations on next steps
• Hold group “office hour” retrainings with leasing teams
• Support in the coordination of scheduling onboarding and other partner meetings
• Maintain accurate records within HubSpot
• Conduct special audits on contacts and other HubSpot objects upon request
