Who you are
- Pre-Sales Veteran: You bring experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting within the SaaS landscape
- Learning Tech Affinity: You have familiarity with the LMS/learning technology space or adjacent SaaS industries; a background in HCM, talent intelligence, or experience in education or manufacturing is a plus

- As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you are the strategic architect behind Docebo’s most complex, high-stakes mid-market victories
- You will navigate multi-stakeholder landscapes and engage executive suites to turn sophisticated technical requirements into transformative learning visions
- This isn't just about demos; it's about owning the technical win and serving as a launchpad for your future as a Principal leader or People Manager
- Command the Room: Lead solution design and customer engagement on high-value enterprise opportunities that demand both technical grit and organisational savvy
- Influence the C-Suite: Engage confidently with VP and C-level stakeholders, expertly navigating political dynamics and complex objections to position Docebo as a strategic partner
- Master the Discovery: Drive deep, multi-threaded discovery sessions to uncover the hidden decision-makers and unstated business requirements that others often miss
- Strategize to Win: Act as a high-level advisor to Account Executives, helping them navigate complex organizations and build ironclad business cases against the competition
- Bridge the Gap: Build trusted partnerships with Product, Marketing, and CS teams to ensure our deal intelligence informs Docebo’s broader global strategy
- Elevate the Team: Support the growth of junior SCs through deal coaching and the creation of high-impact playbooks and reusable assets
