What the job involves
- At Upscale, we create apps that transform everyday work platforms into seamless, powerful experiences. Our must-have apps for Atlassian Jira, Monday.com, and Slack empower users to tackle daily tasks with confidence and ease
- We're looking for a collaborative and visionary Product Manager to shape the future of our app portfolio. In this role, you'll collaborate with purpose, guiding products from insightful research to seamless implementation while keeping users at the heart of everything you do
- Champion Success – Start with a short-term roadmap based on existing requirements, then define and drive a bold strategic vision for the future of our apps
- Put Users First – Deep-dive into customer needs and market trends to prioritize features that truly make a difference, ensuring our products create value and delight users
- Lead with Collaboration – Work closely with UX, marketing, support, and development teams to bring your vision to life through clear communication and seamless execution
- Make Data-Driven Decisions – Set meaningful goals, track performance, and continuously refine and optimise based on insights and real-world impact
- Shape the Future – Define and evolve a compelling vision for our apps, staying adaptable and open to new opportunities

Worked as a Senior Security Consultant for Barclaycard, and was Director of WTG. First joined Adaptavist as a Board Advisor, and was made CEO in 2010.

Reece joined TAG as an Associate Software Engineer in May 2019. Within 5 months, they advanced to Software Engineer, then to Senior in under two years, and by September 2024, became Staff Engineer.
Sarah joined TAG as a Project Manager in 2017 in the Toronto office. They found their true calling in Sales and made an internal move a couple of years later and have since advanced to become a Strategic Sales Executive.
Rodrigo initially worked with TAG as a Contractor before joining the UK team permanently as a Commercial Operations Analyst. Since then, they moved to the Madrid office as a Business Operations Manager.
