Role
Who you are
- Have 6–12 years of sales experience, with $50K+ ACV deals and $750K+ annual quota experience
- Have experience in target account selling, complex deal cycles, and value-based consultative selling
- Have sold to HR personas (Chief People Officer, HRBP, TA, L&D, etc.) in the past
- Love building from scratch - you’re excited about solving problems no one else has solved yet
- Can manage and nurture channel partner relationships without heavy internal hand-holding
Desirable
- Have previously worked with APAC or India-based teams and know how to navigate timezone, communication, and collaboration nuances
- Previous startup or early-stage experience
- Background in HR Tech SaaS
- Experience in setting up or scaling a new regional markets
What the job involves
- This is your chance to become our first AE on the ground, define the playbook, own the region, and directly shape how the next $5M of US revenue gets unlocked. You’ll be the face of inFeedo AI to the Fortune 1000
- You’ll be our Founding Account Executive in the US - the tip of the spear
- This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with massive upside
- Own a greenfield territory with end-to-end responsibility
- Build our US presence, land mega-cap logos, and define our GTM playbook
- Act as the voice of the market, helping shape messaging, pricing, packaging, and partnerships for the rest of inFeedo
- Identify, engage, and close mid-market & enterprise customers across US
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: outreach → discovery → demo → negotiation → closure
- Run an account-based sales strategy (ABM) focused on Fortune 1000 companies
- Build outbound strategy and execute multi-touch campaigns with Marketing support
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships to land & expand strategic accounts
- Be the face of inFeedo at industry events and conferences
- Identify and onboard high-value channel partners to build partner-led pipeline
- Build & manage partner enablement and joint GTM initiatives
- Learn & document what works (and what doesn’t). Work with the core team to evolve the ICP, value proposition, and messaging
- Help define and segment the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in the US
- Be comfortable working asynchronously and cross-functionally with teams in India
- You’ll have strong support from our India-based teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps
- First 12 Months Goals:
- Land 3–5 lighthouse accounts in US
- Hit or exceed $500k in annual quota
- Build a predictable pipeline with a repeatable outbound or partner-led playbook
- Contribute to defining the ICP, messaging and value proposition playbook

Our take
Employee satisfaction is important for companies who seek to reduce turnover and improve their workplaces, but it can be hard to gather data on happiness. inFeedo delivers a chatbot named Amber who is designed to assess employee engagement, with the aim of finding dissatisfied employees so that HR may target the reasons behind their unhappiness and stop resignations before they begin.
Quantifying happiness has always been a challenge, with employee mood typically assessed by questionnaires or a team leader’s intuition – even in a one-on-one meeting, it may be hard for a worker to express their feelings to a superior. inFeedo was founded to address the issue of employees not having the confidence to air their gripes, by providing an interactive and confidential way for them to discuss workplace problems. The way Amber works is proactive, initiating chats with each employee and asking tailored questions. Negative responses result in further engagement from the chat bot, which aims to find the root of the issue, and if the same employee routinely expresses unhappiness, then that will be relayed to HR.
Founded in 2013, inFeedo made no ground in the first three years, but found its footing from the investment reality show “The Vault Show”, akin to “Shark Tank” and “Dragon’s Den”. Recent funding will be used to speed up expansion in North America, as well as going towards the company’s second ESOP buyback for all employees – in line with its employee-first mission.
