What the job involves
- We are now hiring a Director, Sales Development in our NYC office to build and lead a team of SDRs across the NYC and Copenhagen office, focused on spreading the word to new marketing teams and cultivating relationships with marketing teams that are already aware of our brand
- As the SDR Leader at Dreamdata, you’ll support our existing team of SDRs as well as recruit, onboard and train to expand the team. You'll have responsibilities over roughly half of the required pipeline generation for Dreamdata to hit our goals
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a team that has already shown initial success from a group of SDRs and to help expand that. You'll join a company that has GTM inherent in it's core, as we use our own platform to drive our team's success
- Build a scalable outbound pipeline system, including tech stack selection and implementation, process development and team building
- Recruiting SDRs in both New York & Copenhagen
- Training & onboarding your team
- Work closely with the marketing team (present in both NYC and Copenhagen) to make the most out of their marketing efforts including both live and virtual events, ABM campaigns, etc
- Deliver on the required pipeline goals for success of the company as a whole

The biggest challenge facing B2B marketers is connecting their activities to revenue. With vast amounts of data available, it can be highly difficult to accurately determine where revenue is coming from, and where effort is being wasted. Dreamdata's platform provides a unique solution to this - one which it is hoping will allow it to carve a new segment of the market for itself.
A big advantage for Dreamdata is that it was first on the scene in this niche market; something which has enabled it to secure funding from an impressive list of backers - including Venture Capital and InReach Ventures. Furthermore, solutions that aid business efficiency are currently in high demand - for example, it is estimated that up to 69% of B2B ad spend is wasted on campaigns that fail to bring a return on investment. Since Dreamdata can successfully improve business efficiency, there is a big potential market for it to grow into.
Dreamdata has focused on establishing a strong client base and accelerating its product offerings, even launching a B2B alternative to Google Analytics called Digital Analytics. The company is well-positioned to see future growth and expansion as it shapes the space.
