Who you are
- 4+ years in B2B software product operations, product management, or related operational roles, with measurable business impact
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing teams
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools; ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to implement and optimize operational processes that improve efficiency in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable partnering across multiple teams and levels
- Experience with AI or automation platforms to drive operational improvements
Desirable
- Experience in multi-product or portfolio management environments
- Background in health, fitness, or wellness software markets
- Familiarity with Aha!, Pendo, Dovetail, Jira, and Power BI

What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager of Product Operations to drive efficiency, implement actionable insights, and ensure our product teams have the tools and processes to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- You’ll lead a small but mighty team, partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and play a key role in shaping how our products come to life

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of product operations professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance
- Develop and implement operational processes that streamline workflows, optimize productivity, and scale across our product portfolio
- Manage and optimize our product toolstack, including Aha!, Pendo, Dovetail, Jira, and Power BI, ensuring teams get maximum value
- Build data collection and reporting systems that provide actionable insights, track key metrics, and inform strategic decisions
- Partner with Product Marketing and other teams to support successful product launches, including go-to-market coordination and performance tracking
- Champion the Voice of the Customer across all products, ensuring research and feedback inform product decisions
- Drive change management initiatives, including training, playbooks, and process adoption, to empower product teams
- Leverage AI and automation tools to simplify processes, enhance analytics, and boost team productivity

Daxko is an operations and financial management solution specifically designed for the health and wellness sector.
The company has created a library of 12 services ranging from mobile apps to Daxko accounting, opening itself up to a wider range of customers. A recent win for the company was acquiring VFPnext, a software company with over 1,000 customers in the health and wellness space, specialising in built-in automated marketing and sales.
Daxko has also partnered with the likes of Welld Health and Gympass over the years and have landed themselves in an impressive 19,000 facilities. Despite operating in a space with competitors such as Mindbody and Momence, Daxco has proved its position having been announced as a finalist for customer service department of the year 2023, boding well for the well-established company and declaring yet another step up as it scales and grows.
