Role

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive) for content creation and organization
  • Experience using or a strong willingness to learn AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or other automation technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and create clear, engaging enablement materials
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to support training initiatives and documentation management
  • A team player with a growth mindset, willing to learn new systems, processes, and AI-driven tools
  • Basic experience with data analysis and reporting (Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM dashboards like Salesforce) is a plus

  • Whether you're interested in market design, technical innovation, or operational excellence, this internship is designed to provide real-world experience and mentorship in a collaborative environment
  • We are looking for a Sales Enablement Intern to support our learning programs, documentation, AI-driven tools, and reporting dashboards that enhance the effectiveness of our global sales teams
  • Assist in creating and maintaining enablement courses and documentation for OpenX’s commercial teams
  • Support the development and facilitation of Global Onboarding content to help new hires ramp up quickly
  • Organize and assist with Training Tuesdays sessions, including scheduling, presentation prep, and coordination
  • Help structure and optimize ChatGPT GPTs and AI tools for training and documentation purposes
  • Assist in integrating AI-driven workflows into enablement processes to improve sales efficiency
  • Research and test ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools to identify opportunities for automation
  • Support the Inbound Lead process, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with Sales teams
  • Assist in building reports and dashboards to measure the impact of learning initiatives
  • Help with organization and management of enablement tools, resources, and learning platforms
