Role
Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, ideally within high-growth tech companies or startups
- You are proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem, and are familiar with using Greenhouse ATS to track and manage candidates
- You have a solid understanding of technical roles such as backend engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers, and can engage candidates effectively in these fields
- You excel at identifying and engaging passive candidates, utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- You have strong communication skills, particularly in crafting personalized outreach to connect with candidates in a compelling way
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, maintaining flexibility in fast-paced environments
- You have a proven track record of meeting sourcing goals, and you’re motivated to contribute to team success
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with technical recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience sourcing MLE and SWE candidates for companies with a high bar for hiring
What the job involves
- As a Technical Sourcer at Moloco, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering and technical teams by identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Your contributions will directly impact our ability to innovate and drive growth in machine learning-powered advertising solutions
- Partner closely with technical recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles
- Strategically source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, engaging top technical talent with personalized messaging that reflects Moloco’s mission and values
- Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Moloco’s goals
- Manage candidate data and track sourcing progress within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring an organized and seamless process
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to refine sourcing strategies, improve candidate experience, and achieve hiring goals
- Analyze and report sourcing metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize candidate engagement strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing to continuously evolve and improve sourcing techniques
