Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in strategic HR leadership, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to join PatientIQ
- This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be the first dedicated hire in our People department
- As the People Operations Manager, you will have the extraordinary responsibility and opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our People function from the ground up
- Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our HR practices, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture, and ensuring that our team members are supported and empowered to do their best work
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with PatientIQ’s business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including defining job roles, managing the interview process, and developing competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Onboarding & Development: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success. Establish continuous learning and development programs to support employee growth
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and career development. Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records
- HR Systems & Analytics: Evaluate and implement HR systems and tools to streamline processes and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
