Who you are

8+ years of hands on development experience
Experience building libraries and/or frameworks
Knowledge of deep learning and experience with deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, JAX, or Tensorflow)
Experience with Huggingface and the Transformers library
Experience with writing efficient and scalable ETL processes
Experience operationalizing models to a production environment
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with ML serving technologies and protocols such as Kserve, MLServer, BentoML, etc
Rigorous knowledge of Python
Driven, self-directed personality

Desirable

Understanding of synchronous/asynchronous programming, concurrency
Experience designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
Experience with hyperparameter tuning and neural network architecture search while training models and technologies used to assist and automate the search process such as Katib, Ray Tune, etc
Experience with Cython and/or CUDA
Experience writing services in Python with modern frameworks such as FastAPI
Experience writing services in Go, Java, Rust, C++, or similar
