Enterprise Sales Executive, BizAway

• You have a native level language of the market (DACH / Dutch / Swedish/Finnish/Danish/Norwegian / CEE- Polish, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, etc) and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
• You have a proven track record (+3 years) in a B2B closing role, having sold to mid-large enterprises (+1.000 employees)
• You have at least experience in the T&E industry

• Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes

• We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team
• FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature
• Research and prospect for new clients in DACH / Nordics
• Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
• Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.)
• Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
• Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
• Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
• Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary
• Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
• Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
• Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
