Role
Who you are
- Software Development Engineer:
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing web services
- Strong understanding of OOD/OOP
- 1-4 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise software, components, frameworks, web applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Senior Associate Software Development Engineer:
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing web services
- 1-2 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise software, components, frameworks, web applications
- Other Qualifications:
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
- Experience with backend frameworks and languages including NodeJS and Python
- Experience with a modern front-end frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience with RDBMS database

- The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines, be passionate about building high quality enterprise applications and be innovative in their ideas from a technical, process and relations point of view
- You will join a dynamic team of developers and contribute to the delivery of a new generation of on-demand solutions designed to meet the needs of today's global businesses
- Design, integrate, and implement next-generation solutions for Workday’s Talent Development Platform
- Designs and develop solutions to address business needs using platform system standards
- Design and develop engaging user experiences
- Passionate about innovative software development, eager to learn about cutting-edge technologies, and have proven ability to deliver quality software
