Who you are
- A very strong knowledge of our stack (listed below)
- Experience taking problems, rather than strict guidelines, and developing strong solutions
- Confidence tackling large-scale tasks individually
- An empathetic approach to delegating work and collaborating with others
- The ability to develop websites that meet strong accessibility guidelines
- Experience building scalable, performant sites that handle high levels of traffic well
- Our stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tanstack, GraphQL, Testing Library (React), Playwright, Storybook
Desirable
- Experience leading projects and mentoring other developers in your team
- Experience working on a multi-national codebase
- Previous experience in the energy industry

Its success speaks for itself too, with clients like EDF, Tokyo Gas, and Octopus Energy. With over 60M customer accounts managed across 30 countries, Kraken is making waves by reducing operational costs by 40%, proving its ability to deliver results.
Most recently, the company acquired Jedlix, a leader in smart EV charging. This deal expands Kraken's ability to offer smarter, greener charging solutions and is a sure way for the company to see even more success as it continues to scale globally.
