Senior Product Manager, Phrase

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management for SaaS products
• Domain knowledge: Knowledge and experience with integrations in the SaaS industry, as well as localization industry knowledge
• Product management skills: Strong skills in product discovery, validation, experimentation, and commercialization
• Technical expertise: Technical background with experience in working with API documentation and scaling SaaS solutions and 3rd party integrations
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

• As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of our integration solutions, particularly focusing on integrations with Translation Management Systems (TMS), ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals
• You will work closely with stakeholders, technology partners, and a dedicated Product Owner to drive the product roadmap and bring valuable features to our customers
• Product vision & strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals. Own the product roadmap for integrations with CMS and MAT systems
• Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with customers, technology partners, and key internal stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize initiatives
• Market analysis: Identify market trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities to keep our integrations competitive and innovative
• Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate the value of the integrations, drive product launches, and enable customer success
• Cross-team collaboration: Ensure alignment between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams
• Leadership: Guide a Product Owner for the Platform integrations, fostering their development and ensuring alignment in priorities and execution
