Role
Who you are
- Ideally engineering or business/management school program
- Specialization in data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, or similar quantitative field is a plus
- Excellent command of Excel and Google tools (Sheets, Slides)
- Comfortable with data processing, structuring, and analysis
- Ability to build analytical models, reports, and business dashboards
- Interest or skills in AI and automation (agent creation, Dust projects)
- Analytical & autonomy capabilities
- Business acumen: Ability to understand business challenges, not just execute technical tasks
- Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
- Collaborative spirit
- Motivated to work in a dynamic, demanding SaaS/marketplace tech environment
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) required
What the job involves
- You'll join the Customer Success Operations & Insights team led by Alexandre Timsit, Manager Customer Success Ops & Insights
- The team consists of 3 professionals focused on operational excellence and performance optimization
- Your time will be split 50/50 between Customer Success Operations and the Business Consultant team
- What makes this role unique: Unlike other Customer Success positions, this internship is exclusively focused on operations—you'll dive deep into quantitative analysis, reporting, and process optimization without managing a client portfolio directly
- This specialization offers strong exposure to C-level stakeholders and provides a key supporting role to senior leaders, directors, and the General Manager
- 6-month internship starting July 2026
- Build and maintain critical business reporting: Create and optimize dashboards tracking key performance indicators across project phases (launch timelines), operational performance (seller metrics, active seller percentages), and internal team performance (consultant time allocation, revenue prioritization)
- Analyze data to drive operational excellence: Collect, clean, structure, and analyze data to support Customer Success processes, identify up-sell opportunities, track NPS (customer satisfaction), and monitor feature adoption
- Monitor performance across three dimensions: Track project delivery metrics, regional operational performance, and internal consultant effectiveness to ensure process fluidity and access to the right information at the right time
- Automate and optimize processes: Contribute to AI-driven automation projects (Dust agents) to streamline monitoring, improve data reliability, and reduce manual work
- Support strategic decision-making: Gather requirements from teams, propose data-driven solutions, and prepare structured materials for management meetings and senior leadership discussions

Our take
Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
