Who you are
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or pursuing a technical degree in computer science, software, data, or a related field
- Looking for a gap year internship or end-of-studies internship
- Exposure to projects involving APIs, automation, internal tools, or AI-related use cases
- Hands-on experience with Python or another scripting language
- English: Fluent
- French: A plus

What the job involves
- You'll be part of our Customer Success organization, working directly with Alexandre, our Customer Success AI Transformation Lead
- His mission is to transform how Customer Success teams operate through AI and automation
- Together, you'll help identify, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve internal workflows, reduce manual work, and increase team efficiency—working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and business to turn operational pain points into practical, scalable tools
- This is a 6-month internship based in Paris
- Support the development and improvement of AI agents, automations, and lightweight internal solutions that help Customer Success teams work more efficiently
- Help turn early AI experiments into practical, reusable solutions that can be adopted more broadly across teams
- Analyze Customer Success processes to identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies, proposing AI and automation opportunities with tangible business value
- Run experiments, troubleshoot issues, gather user feedback, and continuously improve tools based on adoption and impact
- Support documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal enablement to help teams adopt new AI-powered ways of working

Our take
Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
