Recruiting Coordinator, Vanna Health

• 1–2 years of experience in a recruiting, coordination, or administrative role (healthcare or startup experience is a plus!)
• Impeccable organizational skills and a love for details—you can juggle calendars and competing priorities with grace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional tone
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and learning as you go
• A collaborative spirit and a people-first mindset—you care deeply about candidate and team experience
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate and interviewer experience
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely updates
• Partner with hiring managers to improve workflows, identify bottlenecks, and enhance the candidate experience
• Help draft and post job descriptions aligned with Vanna’s mission and values
• Review resumes and screen candidates as their first point of contact for Vanna
• Contribute to initiatives that promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices
• Support with onboarding and administrative tasks
