Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
  • 1+ years leading and managing a team
  • Previous experience working for a global company is highly desirable
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR tools - preferably Lattice, BambooHR

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a motivated People Operations Team Lead to join our expanding team
  • This role involves hands-on responsibilities, including leading the People Operations team and overseeing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, ranging from onboarding to performance management and employee relations within your assigned area
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with the People leadership team to devise and execute initiatives that align with our company's overall objectives
  • Lead and manage the People Operations team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of People programmes and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different functions. Work in tandem with them to ensure alignment of People Operations initiatives with overall business goals
  • Implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance the quality of services provided to our internal customers
  • Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless transition into the company
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues for your assigned business area
  • Ensure all People Operations activities comply with legal and ethical standards in all locations. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in People Operations and incorporate them into our strategies
