Our take
The advent of smarter robotics presents an opportunity to overhaul industrial and manufacturing processes for the better. But getting these robotics to a place where they can efficiently and effectively take on real-life tasks presents a challenge.
Inbolt is here to help facilitate this change, with a vision system designed to empower industrial robots with the ability to adapt in real-time to their surroundings. At its core, the company's system acts as a guide to ensure robotic arms can move around spaces without the need for expensive, time-consuming and inflexible jigs and indexing systems.
It's a valuable proposition that brings with it the possibility to automate manufacturing processes such as tightening, glue application, visual inspection and the grasping of parts on moving lines.
