What the job involves

The Technical Program Manager will partner with all areas of the MIT team as well as label stakeholders across related functions on the execution and delivery of large-scale projects and cross-team operations
The role will be responsible for establishing program-level ways of working, managing complex technical projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across the business on delivering products, services and features crucial for the continued commercial success of the T2 business to the highest quality standards
The role requires a highly collaborative approach and ability to learn and adapt to change in a fast-paced business environment
There is a great deal of opportunity to not only provide critical support on high impact projects, but to influence the way we manage projects as a team
Program Establishment and Execution - Establish scalable program framework for managing highly dependent cross-functional bodies of work that ladder up to discreet business outcomes
Lead the entire lifecycle of projects, from conception to delivery and application, including development of plans and risk mitigation
Report cohesively on program progress and deliverables
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with teams across the business to ensure alignment on program objectives and requirements
Refine business goals for T2 MIT solutions as needed
Facilitate communication among various teams to ensure smooth delivery on both cross-functional projects and execution of daily operations
Program Planning and Prioritization - Work closely with both senior leadership and delivery teams to prioritize cross-functional requirements, identify dependencies, and manage strategic roadmaps for projects accordingly
Program Management and Delivery Thought Leadership - Act as the MIT team expert on matters of program management and project delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement of best practices and collateral
