Who you are
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in German
- Have 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas, driving high-volume lead generation and engaging potential prospects
- Have a demonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline
- Are comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platforms
- Are a high energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive “can-do" attitude over the phone/video calls
- Have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
- Are passionate about Webflow’s mission(s) and the no-code movement
- Are a team player with a proven ability to work cross functionally and deliver results
- Are excited to find success in ambiguity, and to contribute back to the larger organization on best practices and scaling success

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help power Webflow’s next chapter of growth
- As one of the first hires in our new London office, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our presence from the ground up, shaping team culture, driving outbound sales opportunities, and directly contributing to our broader revenue goals
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Development:
- You'll work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accounts
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone, and social media (must be comfortable with phone/Zoom calls)
- Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
- Receive coaching from your leadership team on calls, written communication and prospecting strategy in an effort to hone your sales skills and prepare you for future sales roles
- Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
- Help create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce
- Refine our messaging and sales prospecting techniques
- Work cross functionally with partners like Marketing & Ops to iterate process and ideas for successful lead generation campaigns
- Become a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition to potential customers

Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
