Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Strong creative vision paired with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience in FinTech or technology industries is a plus
What the job involves
- We seek a driven and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence globally
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your strategic mindset and executional capabilities to drive business goals
- This hands-on role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills
- You will have the autonomy to shape marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of a scaling startup
- Supported by an approachable senior team, you’ll be empowered to make impactful decisions in an agile environment
- The role will typically involve a great deal of online and digital marketing work and you may need to look at analytics and come up with appropriate courses of action, produce written and multimedia content and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising – working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer with these tasks
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital, social media, content, and product marketing efforts
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering skill development and accountability
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals
- Lead the development of engaging content across all platforms to attract and retain customers
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies
- Represent LemonEdge at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility
