Team Lead/Senior Java Engineer, Smartling

• Fluency in Java or Kotlin
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable system architectures
• Expert knowledge of relational databases, including query optimization and schema design
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with peers across different teams and disciplines

• You will be working on a multi-disciplinary team, leading technical architecture decisions, and mentoring engineers while building robust, enterprise-grade systems

You will be joining an existing team developing and maintaining Smartling's translation management application that allows our clients and professional translators to manage the localization process for their websites and documents in an agile fashion
