Who you are
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have completed equivalent vocational training
- Fluent English speaker
- A minimum 2 years of working experience within the creator marketing industry, preferably within the UKI market
- Comfortable managing six figure budgets and high campaign volumes
- A confident and skilled negotiator & campaign manager
- Highly organised and structured in your approach to campaign management
- Ability to understand, measure and drive successful creator marketing metrics
- Strong understanding of UKI (social media) culture
- Enjoys staying up to date with the latest social trends, and you have a strong affinity and passion for anything creator marketing related
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of business operations
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing platforms
What the job involves
- With Creator Marketing being a key performance driven channel for air up and contributing to a major part of our revenue and business growth, we are looking for a Creator Marketing Manager for the UK&I market who is passionate about combining creativity with data-driven performance
- You will be reporting to the Creator Marketing Lead UKI & Benelux
- Developing highly effective local creator marketing campaigns that are aligned to our overall marketing and content strategy
- Identifying relevant creators for short and long-term brand partnerships
- Developing and managing relationships with creators, influencers and agencies
- Sharing responsibility for the monthly planning and management of a six-digit budget covering the UK & Ireland region
- Taking full ownership of budget and creator campaigns within your local market, covering the ideation of creative concepts, creator negotiations, contracting, day-to-day communication, content reviews, performance analysis and campaign reporting
- Monitoring, reporting & analysing campaigns on a monthly basis and maximising campaigns based on insights
- Developing and implementing innovative, performance driven creator marketing campaigns & strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc
- Staying up to date with the latest creator marketing economy trends and incorporating them into your strategies & campaigns
- Working closely with other cross-functional departments to deliver fully integrated 360 creator marketing campaigns (paid social, CRM, etc)
- Collaborating with the wider cross-country influencer team to ensure local market learnings are shared in order to optimise overall performance

The alternatives invariably contain untold amounts of sugar, additives, and more. So consumers are forced to choose between taste or health.
air up has developed a refillable bottle that turns plain tap water into flavoured water. By transporting scent through air and using the biological effect of retronasal olfaction, the brand has created an impression of taste that is actually scent. The idea redefines drinking water in a way that enables consumers to drink flavoured drinks that are additive-free and sugar-free.
The business aims to be conscious of people’s health and the environment. Compared to the average bottled drink, air up uses far less plastic. And, the small, lightweight scent Pods mean that the logistics are carbon-efficient and kinder to the planet. It's growing fast: so far, the startup has raised a total $67.8 million over the course of 5 funding rounds.
Since its launch on the market in July 2019, the company has already reached in excess of €100M in revenue and has served more than 1 million customers across Europe. This has already led to a huge reduction in single-use plastic and a decline in sugar consumption.
