Role
Who you are
- Experience: 4+ years as a DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineer
- Public cloud expertise: Hands-on experience with production workloads on GCP or AWS
- Microservices & containerization: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
- CI/CD pipelines: Deep familiarity with systems like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts
- Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, or similar tools
- Automation & scripting: Skills in Bash, Python, or Go
- Observability: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics
- Independence & flexibility: Comfortable working autonomously, managing priorities, and adjusting to evolving collaboration patterns across time zones
- Team mindset: Collaborative, curious, and technically driven - able to contribute meaningfully to a distributed, high-performing team

- Champion a DevOps mindset: Identify friction points and implement scalable automation to improve reliability, delivery speed, and developer experience
- Operate and optimize production environments: Use infrastructure as code and modern observability tools to ensure performance and reliability
- Empower development teams: Build intuitive internal tools and foster a culture of self-service within R&D
- Lead deployments end-to-end: From architecture to implementation, manage deployments across multiple regions and environments
- Collaborate globally: Work closely with an Israel-based DevOps team, maintaining strong communication and ownership despite time zone differences
