Role

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of work experience in SaaS partner/channel management
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and networking skills
  • Strong in building, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across partner organisations
  • Skilled in identifying new business opportunities by understanding market trends, partner capabilities, and customer needs
  • Proficient in aligning and exploiting overlaps in partner ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) for synergistic opportunities
  • Focused on aligning efforts with partners’ and clients’ goals, ensuring strategies meet end users’ needs and enhance satisfaction
  • Demonstrate strong internal and external collaboration skills
  • Strong desire to work in a coaching capacity within channel sales to deliver partner agency success and participate in a fast-growing company

What the job involves

  • Storyblok, the #1 Content Management System, is strengthening its Partnership team to support our expanding network of Americas Solution Partners
  • In this role, your primary responsibility will be to promote the value of Storyblok’s software and coaching partners, including regional System Integrators and top local agencies, on how to grow their business with Storyblok
  • You will own the entire journey of your partners, from initial onboarding and enablement to defining and driving the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy to create joint opportunities. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and solution engineering teams to execute GTM activities
  • Identify and recruit new partners with the support of our Partner Acquisition team by attending events and networking within our tech ecosystem
  • Onboard and certify your partners with the support from our Sales and Solution Engineering teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for your partners and liaise with various internal departments to optimize outcomes, including sales/customer success, engineering, product and marketing
  • Build GTM strategies with your key partners and ensure the roll-out of associated activities to build a solid sales pipeline
  • Drive account mapping conversations using dedicated methods and software to identify and accelerate sales opportunities
  • Contribute to the expansion of the assigned region with the generation of new Enterprise clients through partners
  • Track your ongoing performance by measuring KPIs and quotas associated with your partner management metrics
  • Continuously adapt and suggest changes based on measured outcomes, doubling down on successful initiatives in an evolving environment

Our take

A headless content management system (CMS) consists of a back-end that stores the content and a decoupled front-end display. This lets the content be streamed to any platform including apps, wearable devices or digital displays via an API. Compared to the other headless CMS solutions, Storyblok’s CMS provides highly customisable content blocks and visual editing tools. This gives developers the flexibility to build fast and reliable digital platforms. It is the first headless CMS to integrate such features into a modern headless architecture.

The company counts Pizza Hut, Adidas, UPC, Greggs and Decathlon amongst clients, alongside many thousands of solo developers that use their CMS. These are powering more than 74,000 projects across 130 countries.

Storyblok intends to use its new funding to expand its presence in the USA after its previous round accelerated expansion in key European markets including Germany and Ireland.
