Lead Product Manager, Visible

• You’ve worked on B2C mobile apps for a minimum of 3-5 years - you have seen how world class mobile products are built and shipped, and you have opinions on best practice for designing and delivering fantastic features. Perhaps you’ve led your own Product teams in the past, but you’re excited about jumping back into a role where you can get your hands dirty
• You have exceptional product sense and technical fluency - you can work with our users, designers and founders to prioritise, scope and define fantastic features, while being at home in a technical debate. We have a fantastic engineering team, and to build their trust you’ll need to hold your own. You don’t need to be a developer, but you need to have worked closely with technical teams before
• You take full ownership - you don’t wait to be told what to do. You spot opportunities, raise flags, and work across teams to make things happen
• You care deeply about product quality - you have a high bar for craft. You notice the details others miss and understand what makes a product not just work, but feel right. You’re in the detail as well as the strategy. You feel the impact of bugs and issues as deeply as our members do
• You’re a cross-functional leader - you bring people together, keep teams aligned, and build momentum through clarity and energy
• You measure what matters - you’re comfortable pulling your own data - whether that’s with SQL in BigQuery or in tools like Amplitude and Mixpanel. And you’re able to map your impact directly to company KPIs
• You’re user-obsessed - you’re excited to build for a community that really cares. You know how to listen, empathize, and translate insight into action.
• You believe in the mission - maybe you’ve experienced chronic illness yourself, or seen it up close. You want your work to matter

Desirable

• Own the roadmap: you’ll work directly with the founders to define and evolve our product strategy, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical complexity. You’ll trade off between growth and core product initiatives in order to drive outcomes for our members and our business. Unlike in a larger company where you may look after one product area or feature, your remit at Visible is the entire product - from onboarding funnels to our wearable integration, new data-driven scores to cancellation flows. It’s a huge scope
• Lead the product lifecycle from end-to-end: You’ll see new features and improvements through from early ideation through to launch and beyond. You’ll run our daily stand-up, and partner closely with design, engineering and QA teams to ship features. You’ll tweak in-app copy, sketch your own wireframes, write launch blog posts and measure the success of our work against your goals. Did we move the needle on conversion or retention? You’ll know the answer… and have strong ideas on how we can improve next time
• Be the voice of the user: you’ll collect and analyse feedback from our deeply engaged community, support team, and clinical advisors to drive continuous product improvement. You’ll hang around in our facebook groups and support chats, schedule calls with our members and relay your insights to the wider company

• Introductory Chat: A 20-minute introductory video chat with one of our founders to get to know each other
• Take-Home Task: A take-home task that includes creating a Loom video to explain your work and thought process. We’ll test your product sense above all else
• Final Interview (in person): A 60-minute in-person interview with both of our founders to dive deeper into your fit for the role and our team
