- Studies in Administration, Finance, ADE or any other relevant qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account receivables tasks
- SAP & Microsoft Office experienced user
- An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges
- Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish. On aimerait bien si vouz parlez français :)
- Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What the job involves
- We are looking for a temporary Accounts Receivable & Credit Collections Specialist (3 months) to support our team during a peak workload period!
- Join Good Rebels and play a key role in ensuring the end-to-end AR process runs smoothly and efficiently—from SO creation to final collection
- You'll collaborate with different teams, gaining visibility into the entire business process, allowing you to perform your role effectively and with impact
- Process customer invoices and credit notes in a timely and efficient manner
- Bank and Collections allocations
- Ensure the billing process is accurate in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
- Resolve customer queries and discrepancies
- Periodically reconcile customer accounts
- Assist Manager with monthly & Annual closings along with audit processes
- Collections control and overdues reporting
- Support the team with Accounting and TAX tasks (Intrastat, SII…)
- Work closely with Customer Service and Sales Team to avoid and solve customer charges and deductions

With the announcement of a new patent-pending technology that claims to produce plant-based foods with previously unattainable nutritional values, alongside a significant crowdfunding venture, the company's future certainly seems bright.
