Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for a Founding Content Marketing Manager who can write like a thought leader, think in keywords, and execute fast
- This is a role for someone who wants to grow fast, own their craft, and help build the voice of a new category from the ground up
- 5+ years of experience in content writing or SEO in B2B SaaS or tech
- Strong writing and editing skills in creating unique POVs for thought leadership, making complex topics clear, and creating structured content for search intent
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and a growing curiosity for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices
- Familiarity with SEMRush, Ahrefs or similar content optimization tools
- Experience managing social media pages (i.e. LinkedIn and Twitter) and repurposing content for engagement
- Comfort using AI tools or workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
- Bonus: experience with Figma for creating graphics, visuals, social posts, or layouts
- A proactive, self-starting mindset: you like to own projects, move quickly, and learn by doing
- Excitement to build from zero, collaborate closely with leadership, and push the boundaries of what growth looks like at Series A
- Able to commit to 3 days in person in office, situated in Union Square, Manhattan, New York City
What the job involves
- Reports to: VP of Marketing
- You’ll build Enterpret’s content engine with a core focus on SEO and AEO-driven blogs that boost visibility, traffic, and inbound demand
- You’ll plan, write, and optimize long-form content that helps define our category and positions Enterpret as the go-to voice in customer feedback intelligence
- Beyond blogs, you’ll manage our social media & PR presence, help produce case studies and reports, and build AI agents that streamline your own workflow: from research and topic clustering to repurposing content across channels
- Own and execute SEO and AEO content: Write and optimize high-quality blogs that rank across both traditional and AI-driven search (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
- Plan and manage the content calendar: Prioritize high-impact topics and publish consistently to support key campaigns and launches
- Manage Enterpret’s social media & PR presence: Own our company socials page and media relations by posting regularly, repurposing content, and engaging with audiences to grow brand reach and credibility
- Create supporting content: Write case studies, reports, and product explainers that reinforce credibility and inbound interest
- Build AI workflows: Design simple AI agents to speed up research, clustering, and metadata optimization
- Contribute to visuals: Create or collaborate on graphics and layouts in Figma for blog, social, and report content
- Track and learn: Measure SEO, AEO, and social performance to identify what resonates and scale the impact
Our take
