Who you are
- Willing to travel ~30% depending on the needs of the territory and selling cycle
- 5-7 years of sales experience
- Proven track record with obtaining/exceeding annual quotas for net new revenue
- Strong independent accountability showcasing follow-up and follow-through skills
- Ability to clearly communicate the value proposition and differentiators in an extremely competitive and fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to generate a pipeline from employee benefits consultants/brokers

- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Desirable
- 5+ years of technology, SAAS, or digital health experience
- 5+ years of experience managing consultant/broker relationships
- A robust network of employee benefit consultants/brokers
- Physical therapy background or previous experience selling MSK solutions
What the job involves
- Sword is looking for a Regional Director to join our Enterprise team with experience navigating complex deals with larger employers through consultants, health plans and direct
- Lead deals with employers above between 7k-20k employees in your territory to ensure achievement of company bookings quota
- Meet or exceed regional quarterly and annual deal/revenue targets
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our service to target partners
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, from your own prospecting efforts and by collaborating/leveraging other channel teams
- Collaborate with internal organizations to complete deals and ensure long-term account health
- Become an additional spokesperson for the business at conferences and other industry events

For a number of reasons including cost, only about 30% of patients complete their physical therapy regimens. This results in millions of people not receiving the full breadth of care they need to reach full recovery. And physical therapy practices are missing out on a massive amount of revenue potential.
SWORD Health’s clinical-grade virtual therapy platform pairs physical therapists with FDA-listed wearable technology to deliver personalized treatment plans that are more effective, easier and less expensive than traditional physical therapy. This encourages patients to complete their regimes, and allows practices to bolster their income.
The company works with insurers, health systems and employers across globe, with companies from the Fortune 100 and 500 companies included among its clients. It is the fastest-growing MSK company, and a double-Unicorn. New funding will support SWORD in its plans to prepare for an IPO, perhaps as early as 2025.
