What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly self-motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our Credit Operations group. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming applications from prospective Mosaic partners and assisting them throughout our Onboarding process
- This is an opportunity to showcase your attention to detail, productivity, and your desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain excellent quality and pace while reviewing 10-15 partner applications daily
- Follow up with applicants regarding any missing information via phone and email
- Maintain a 95% or above service level on the onboarding inbound phone line
- Be proficient in utilizing internal review resources like Salesforce, GIACT, LexisNexis, Ohm Analytics
- Review applicants financial documents
- Identify suspicious applications and take immediate steps to prevent those applications from progressing
- Identify suspicious activities during phone interactions and take immediate steps to prevent those applications from progressing
- Meet or exceed set quality, customer service, and production goals
- Provide a “WOW” experience to prospective partners

With solar energy becoming increasingly affordable, Mosaic has soared ahead of the competition and closed two separate lucrative loan securitization deals on solar power in 2022 alone.
