Marketing Campaigns Manager, Stripe

• 6+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience that includes campaigns, content, and account-based marketing, with demonstrated increase in scope
• Exceptional knowledge of the Retail and/or Insurance industries
• Proven expertise in partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to build, grow, and develop pipeline
• Analytical acumen, with the ability to build, interpret, and adjust measurement tools and data
• Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
• Appetite and ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate and recommend solutions, and drive clarity across complex, global stakeholder groups
• Ability to build campaigns and programs from the ground, orchestrating many moving parts across disparate functions

Desirable

• In this role you’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth for the enterprise segment, with a specific focus on key industries (Retail, Insurance.)
• You’ll work closely across fellow marketing teams, sales, and more to build integrated enterprise campaign strategies and content, then work with regional teams to deliver materials through integrated channels
• You’ll use your deep enterprise, Retail and/or Insurance industry, campaign, and ABM expertise to build awareness of Stripe’s offerings, and position the industry-specific value to prospect accounts and decision makers
• You’ll capture performance against all of your efforts, analyze results, and share learnings to drive continuous improvement and increase revenue growth
• Develop enterprise campaign strategies and deliverables (with added focus on the Retail and Insurance industries.)
• Partner with product marketing, regional marketing, and sales teams to define and implement both breadth campaign/content and account-based marketing strategies
• Work with regional marketing to ensure local relevance and campaign delivery
• Use your multi-channel expertise to deliver campaigns via digital, web, email, direct mail, social, events, through-sales, and more, all in partnership with functional and regional teams
• Partner with product marketing and content/editorial teams to develop compelling, industry-relevant campaign materials, including whitepapers, guides, blogs, checklists, etc
• Use and/or recommend leading tools to harness intent signals and reach target industries and accounts with bespoke messages at scale
• Leverage your background in enterprise marketing to recommend
• Act as Retail and Insurance industry expert to champion market trends, competitive context, and customer insights, ultimately shaping all industry campaign strategies
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics with a focus on lead generation, pipeline, and target account penetration. Share learnings regularly to improve overall campaign efficacy
