Who you are

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data quality assurance, experience with machine learning models, and strong analytical skills for exploratory data analysis
This role also requires proficiency in monitoring and supporting data pipelines to ensure the seamless flow and integrity of data across our platforms
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven leadership experience in Data QA or a similar role with a strong focus on quality assurance of data and machine learning models
Strong experience with SQL and programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and pipeline development
Deep understanding of data modelling, data access, and data storage techniques
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and data visualization tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Tableau, Power BI)
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with senior management

What the job involves

We are looking for a dedicated Data QA Lead to oversee our data quality and machine learning model validation processes
Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous QA processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of data
Lead efforts in automating QA testing of data stores, data processing, and other related systems
Coordinate with data science teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of machine learning models
Design and implement QA processes for pre-production and production models to ensure performance metrics are met
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and insights
Work with data science and business teams to refine data analysis based on the strategic needs of the business
Oversee the monitoring of data pipelines for performance issues, bottlenecks, and data integrity anomalies
Lead troubleshooting and support for data pipeline issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption
