Who you are
- Experience analyzing data and the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making; strong quantitative analysis skills

What the job involves
- Heartflow is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Commercial Operations Contract Analyst to join our team as we look to scale our commercial organization and ramp up commercialization efforts in the U.S., UK, Europe, and Japan
- The Commercial Operations Contract Analyst helps support functions essential to driving revenue and increasing commercial productivity and efficiency
- These include planning, forecasting, reporting, commercial strategy, commercial process optimization, program implementation, and compensation design and administration
- This role requires up to 25% travel and reports directly to the Director of Commercial Contracts
- Contracts: drafting, reviewing, and redlining a variety of contractual instruments, which may range from simple to moderate complexity
- Contract Analysis: Ability to analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures
- Drafting and Negotiation: Skill in drafting clear, concise, and non-ambiguous contractual language
- Must be able to manage the contract redlining process, which includes using track changes or redlining tools and adding comments to explain the rationale behind suggested revisions
- Collaboration with Sales/Business: Strong ability to provide contractual guidance to business team members (including sales)
- This involves working directly with sales to ensure the terms are realistic for the company and align with business objectives before execution
- Risk and Compliance: Keen eye for monitoring possible compliance issues and ensuring that agreed-upon terms are executable by the company

Our take
HeartFlow was founded in 2007 and is a medical equipment manufacturer that uses CT-scanned 3D modelling to assess and analyze a patient's arteries. This noninvasive process can help assess the risks of heart disease and strategize the appropriate treatment.
HeartFlow has had a long history of awards and innovations. In 2021, it brought its technology to the NHS in England and in October 2022, introduced a plaque analysis service. As time has gone on, Heartflow has indicated that it is keeping up with technological advances and finding new ways to provide heart health services through them.
HeartFlow successfully launched its IPO in 2021 but faced a setback when its merger with Longview Acquisitions was called off in 2022 due to unfavourable market conditions. Despite this, the company has made a strong comeback and recently unveiled its next-generation plaque analysis AI, demonstrating its continued commitment to innovation and growth.
