Who you are

  • Completed studies - preferably with a focus on business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant analytical work experience
  • Experience with SQL is required
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis and Reporting. Knowhow in visualizing data and building dashboards is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Tableau (or other visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, QlikSense etc) is a must
  • Experience with automating and maintaining data pipelines is a plus
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Clear and structured communication of ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast and practically oriented environment
  • Fluency in English

What the job involves

  • As a Marketing Analyst (w/m/d) you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing efforts
  • By working closely with the Marketing Managers and Marketing Data Engineers, you will not only deliver insightful reporting but also proactively identify opportunities to optimize the performance of our marketing channels, ensuring we continuously improve our marketing strategies and outcomes
  • Your dashboards, metrics, analyses, self-service data tools, and most importantly your ownership and drive will empower them to make the right decisions
  • Own the Marketing Analytics domain by collaborating closely with Marketing Managers, proactively identifying business risks and opportunities backed by data, as well as making recommendations on how to optimize the performance of our marketing campaigns
  • Deep dive into the data of our complex marketing setup, analyze the performance of our numerous marketing channels, build dashboards, and support in setting up A/B tests
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists to leverage the marketing steering engine for insights, optimizing marketing strategies through data-driven analysis and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Scope new data requirements and collaborate with the data engineering team on bringing them in the most efficient way to our reporting layer
  • Independently scope and define projects, deliver complex analyses and dashboards, build reporting for end-users, and execute tasks successfully that impact the team's OKRs
  • Define new metrics and you make sure that KPI definitions are aligned and ensure everyone understands and knows how to use reports and data tools available
