- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Contentful, Litmus, Sendgrid, Braze, Iterable, Hightouch is a plus
- Demonstrated success in leading tooling and process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Campaign Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists who are responsible for building and maintaining content across owned channels (email, push, in-app, website)
- This role is critical in managing the workflow and processes that ensure marketing campaigns are deployed on time and without error
- Maintain visibility into current and projected team capacity
- You will be the linchpin in campaign request management, capacity planning, process optimization, and cross-functional communication
- Regular outward and upward communication on state of the queue
- Removing blockers that prevent request completion
- Creating and documenting SOPs to maximize throughput while minimizing errors
- Keeping Standard Operating Procedure docs up-to-date as new capability and processes are introduced
- Internal tooling improvements
- Additional ways to leverage 3rd party tools to improve
- Develop and coach a diverse team of specialists located across the US
