Mid Product Manager, Atom Learning

• 2-8 years experience working as a product manager
• Experience working in a growth focused company
• Excellent knowledge of agile best practices
• Good understanding of risk management: when to test and when to move quickly
• Excellent written English

• You will lead a business vertical and will have complete ownership of the product strategy
• You will set and achieve KPIs, prioritising feature and product development to align with wider company goals
• You will conduct product discovery, using both quantitative and qualitative methods
• You will communicate with key stakeholders including schools, teachers, parents and students
• You will work with designers to scope out new features and produce low and high fidelity designs
• You will lead a development pod to ensure efficient & high quality development
• You will be responsible for the design, build and launch of all new features and improvements within your pod.
• You will lead on product discovery, scope out requirements, and make strategic decisions about the development of your business vertical
• You will manage the development pipeline and act as product owner for the development pod
