Role
Who you are
- 1+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar customer facing role
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience communicating with all levels of large, complex organizations, especially with the C-Suite
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to multitask and prioritize competing customer needs
- Ability to quickly understand Levelset’s technology and the problems we’re solving in the construction industry
- Experience relating to construction or financial SaaS industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Salesforce, Churnzero, or similar tools
What the job involves
- Coordinate and lead strategic and insightful business reviews with large, complex organizational teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive towards customer goals and be the voice of the customer to provide clarity and visibility both internally and externally
- Lead customers through successful onboarding and manage on-going success plans to enable customers to achieve their desired business outcomes in Levelset
- You’ll work closely with the expansion account executive team to identify expansion opportunities in your account portfolio, collaborate on cross sells and drive toward net negative churn
- Provide the highest level of service to your portfolio of customers through diligent communication
- Partner with Account Executives, Support, Research, Implementation and other Customer Success teams to develop and maintain best practices in support of customer goals
- Travel to customer sites, industry events or other Levelset and Procore offices
