Who you are
- You have high ambitions for building out an exceptional workplace and culture, you go beyond the industry best practices and you will be the one defining the next industry standard
- You have built out innovative, employee centric and data driven people strategies and processes
- You have particularly deep experience in regards to learning & development programs, employee experience and DEI
- While you contribute your previous experience, you prioritise understanding the specific context to adapt your plan accordingly as you believe no one size fits all
- You have led people teams and are focused on enabling your team to excel
- You are based in or willing to relocate to either one of our global hubs (New York City or Berlin)
- You are comfortable to be strategic, tactical and also dive deep when needed
- You have scaled hyper-growth organisations from 150 to 500+ employees, ideally several times
- You have 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role and lead teams with a headcount of up to 20 people with 2nd line management responsibility
- You are comfortable leading a transatlantic and culturally diverse team and organisation

- Become a part of our executive leadership team and a part in strategically steering the company to being the global category leader for people enablement
- Share our ambition and make Leapsome one of the leading workplaces worldwide and a role model for exceptional employee experience, ongoing learning and psychological safety
- Lead the people organisation (TA, PeopleOps, L&D, Office)
- Ensure all people processes are cutting-edge, employee centric and data driven
- Be proactive to ensure the organisation is always built out to tackle the next stage of growth
- Be a role-model for our culture internally
- Be an advocate for Leapsome into the wider people professionals communities
- Be a partner to our product team as we further build out our product roadmap
