Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Partnerize

• Hands-on experience with DB monitoring tools (Percona Toolkit, PMM, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Solid Linux fundamentals and comfort with networking concepts
• Experience supporting databases for high-scale or production-critical systems
• Strong communication and the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams

• We’re seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer specialising in databases to strengthen performance, reliability, and scalability across our MySQL estate
• Engineer and support high-availability MySQL environments across production systems
• Optimise database performance through indexing, schema design, slow-query analysis, and tuning
• Manage upgrades, migrations, replication configuration, and failover with minimal downtime
• Build monitoring, alerting, and observability for proactive issue detection
• Collaborate with developers to embed database best practice into application design
• Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and documentation to uplift the entire platform
