Who you are
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has 3-5 years of experience in motion design, particularly in digital advertising
- They must reside in Toronto or the GTA, have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and be skilled in delivering projects on tight deadlines
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion design for performance-driven campaigns is required
- 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, video editing, and post-production, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other animation software
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, creating visuals for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- Leads.io is on the search for a mid-level Motion Graphics Designer to complement our dynamic work environment
- In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital ads, and collaborating with creative teams to produce visually compelling content that drives lead generation
- Conceptualize and develop creative concepts for motion graphics and video content that align with client objectives and brand identity
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital ads across Meta and TikTok
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to create visually stunning and dynamic motion graphics
- Edit raw footage and video content to produce polished and professional final products as well as the user-generated feel, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and brand messaging
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketers, and strategists to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and ensure the seamless integration of motion graphics into marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in motion graphics design, video editing, and digital marketing to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our content
- Optimize and enhance video content with motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
