Who you are

~3 years of experience
Strong knowledge of IaC and version control tools (e.g., Git, Ansible, and Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and software development methodologies
Strong experience working with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, and Datadog
Strong programming skills in Bash, Python, C++, or Java
Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
Familiarity with container orchestration platforms such as Nomad, ECS, or Kubernetes
Broad exposure to at least one cloud platform: AWS, Google, Azure

Desirable

Strong understanding of Linux
Understanding of general networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS

What the job involves

Manage and run critical infrastructure and platform services
Support the release of new services through capacity planning, rollout planning, and release management
Build and deploy automation tooling (CI/CD) for supported services
In collaboration with application teams, define and implement observability strategies, including SLAs and error budgets
Troubleshoot and remediate issues with the services you manage
Track and execute continuous improvements
