Role
Who you are
- A comprehensive understanding of motion design and with in-depth knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro. Good knowledge of Cinema 4D an advantage
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign)
- An enthusiasm for design, motion graphics and brand experience
- Visual storyteller who understands the importance of emotion in creating engaging creative to drive results
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Digital/Graphic Design
- Portfolio that demonstrates experience across multiple global brands
- Have a flair for design, strong typographic skills and an eye for detail
- Have a positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation across multiple projects
- Comfortable presenting work internally to Senior creatives and leadership
- Effective time management and organisational skills, as well as strong attention to detail Good English communication skills, written and verbal
What the job involves
- We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands
- We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social
- As a Designer (motion) you will be responsible for delivering standout concepts and design executions for 360 campaigns across all touchpoints for one or more of our brands
- Create and execute high-quality motion graphics and animated content across digital, social, web, CRM, and OOH
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and copywriters to bring creative ideas to life
- Ensure strong layout, composition, and brand consistency across motion and static assets
- Edit and animate video content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Work within brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to elevate storytelling
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up-to-date with design, animation, and AI-driven creative trends
- Providing mentorship to other members of the team
