What the job involves

As an Engineering Manager you will work closely with the CTO to build a great engineering organization that developers love working for. You will conduct 1:1s, coach developers, help them with their career progression, find them mentoring opportunities and ensure our retention is high. You will have a big impact on our hiring. You will be responsible for worker performance and happiness
You will be managing between 4 to 8 people. They may be in one or more teams. At Koinly, Engineering Managers are still engineers and when not managing, they are coding. It's important to keep your skills sharp to be an effective coach and mentor
