Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in product management with at least 3 years leading a team of PMs
- Experience building new products from scratch to launch, adoption and growth while managing the roadmap across multiple products in different stages
- Experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company. A combination of startup and large company experience is preferred
- Experience as a Product Manager of multiple products or major feature areas in a portfolio
- Experience with high velocity, low touch GTM and (see, try, buy) techniques
What the job involves
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Director of Product to come work with us. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, we are building a cool product, with a great team
- Create and execute product development focused on 12+ month horizon opportunities in new and adjacent areas for Aisera
- Lead product strategy sessions with partners, customers, and other parties with the goal of deeply understanding the customer journey and formulating business strategy
- Foster a strong bias for action and test and learn culture where the R&D team can rapidly prototype, learn and collect data quicklyUse data, customer insights and machine learning capabilities to inform product strategy and direction
- Raise the bar on product thinking - be a leader for Aisera in the product team on how to develop products at scale, including the processes, practices and tools
- Influence key stakeholders throughout Aisera in order to align resources and prioritization
- Act as an evangelist to build awareness and understanding of R&D to create buy-in for the products developed with Product and Engineering stakeholders
