Role
Who you are
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software implementation projects end-to-end
- Experience working directly with engineering and product teams to build customer solutions
- Strong background in program management, with demonstrated ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in executive-level communications and relationship management
- Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and best practices
- Familiarity with API concepts and technical troubleshooting (Postman experience a plus)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to build processes while executing
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and proposing clear paths forward
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think creatively and go above and beyond
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building
- Clear and effective communication skills at both technical and business levels
- Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail
What the job involves
- We are hiring an experienced Implementation Lead to play a critical role in directly impacting our growth and drive customer adoption
- This role will report into our Head of Customer Success work
- Own and drive large-scale enterprise implementation projects from inception through successful transition to Customer Success Management
- Coordinate across multiple internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Manage executive-level relationships with enterprise partners, effectively communicating project status, risks, and deliverables
- Translate technical requirements and solutions into clear business terms for stakeholders
- Lead project planning and execution, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and change management
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve blocks and challenges
- Build and document processes while executing, helping establish best practices for future implementations
- Drive customer satisfaction through excellent project delivery and communication
- You should be comfortable translating complex technical concepts into business value, working closely with engineering teams to build customer solutions, and managing executive-level relationships both internally and externally
Our take
The real estate industry was initially slow to get on the tech-drive, but the last few years have seen a groundswell of demand from professionals for tools that allow them to save time and labor doing the “background” work that leads to closing transactions. Perchwell’s end-to-end workflow platform capitalises on this.
Its services allow real estate agents, mortgage brokers and multiple listing services (MLSs) to more easily manage distributed data, access market research and work with clients via one API. Perchwell launched in 2015 and showed encouraging growth in New York City, eventually winning the custom of the Real Estate Board of New York, as well as major private companies like Sotheby’s.
Founded in New York, Perchwell received $25 million from Multiple Listing Service company REcolorado in 2024, after expanding the former's customer base to REcolorado clients in 2022. The aim for Perchwell now is accelerating the growth of its customer base, whilst developing its AI data and workflow capabilities for real estate agents.
