Who you are

  • 6-9 months of outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS scale-up or early-stage company
  • Languages required: Dutch & English
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly driven – thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills – comfortable handling objections and driving conversations
  • Background in workforce management, HR tech, or cloud solutions is a plus
  • Wanting to advance their sales career

What the job involves

  • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Benelux region, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, guiding them on their journey to becoming users of our HR software
  • Your contribution will be instrumental in helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) unlock their full HR potential
  • Develop and execute strategies for outbound lead generation, ensuring a steady influx of potential clients
  • Conduct research to identify and approach new prospects in the Benelux region, actively initiating conversations to understand their HR digitization needs
  • Clarify and resolve the specific requirements of our target audience, mediating initial solutions for HR process digitization
  • Build strong relationships to engage in meaningful dialogues with prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with a team of experienced Account Executives, leveraging their knowledge and insights to enhance your skills
  • Take ownership of the early stages of the sales process by generating and qualifying new leads
