What the job involves
- We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our EverPro sales team
- Our software helps home service businesses connect with their customers, build trust and loyalty, and drive measurable business growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in that growth by identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and qualifying prospects through direct, fact-based sales conversations
- As an SDR, you will spend the majority of your time in outbound sales activities. Success in this role requires comfort operating with limited direction, making real-time decisions, and adapting your approach based on results
- You will be expected to take ownership of your pipeline, manage priorities independently, and consistently move opportunities forward. Performance is measured by outcomes, not just activity
- You will engage small business owners and leaders through outbound calls, uncover needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule demos with Account Executives once qualification criteria are met
- Proactively initiate outbound conversations with small businesses to create new sales opportunities
- Qualify prospects through direct, structured discovery conversations and sound judgment
- Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining momentum and quality
- Take ownership of follow-up, next steps, and clean handoffs to Account Executives
- Adapt your messaging and approach when standard tactics stop working
- Operate effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
- Continuously improve your sales skills through repetition, feedback, and execution
