What the job involves
- As part of our growth, we’re hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with prospects who sign up for free trials of our products — GoLinks, GoSearch, and GoProfiles
- You’ll be on the front lines of our inbound motion, ensuring that trial users get the attention and guidance they need.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, strong cold email and sequence writing, and experience with LinkedIn outreach.
- You’ll partner closely with our Account Executives to qualify prospects, build pipeline, and help convert interest into revenue
- Leverage tools like Metabase, FullStory, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research inbound prospects and schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Engage with inbound prospects from free trial signups across GoLinks, GoSearch, and GoProfiles
- Qualify and nurture leads, scheduling discovery or demo calls for Account Executives
- Write compelling cold emails, create effective outreach sequences, and leverage LinkedIn for prospect engagement
- Track, analyze, and refine inbound campaigns and sales processes
- Provide an exceptional experience for prospects during their trial journey
- Share insights from inbound conversations to help improve our trial experience and messaging
Our take
These days, collaboration in the workplace is key to efficient company processes, with sharing links being an important part of workflows. However, lengthy, unreadable URLs are difficult to scan-search and take up space in applications. GoLinks transforms large URLs into human-readable go links that are more easily managed in emails and chats, whilst still working directly in browsers.
Traditionally, links have been shared in the form of URLs, with titles sometimes attached to identify the destination. The quickest way to access much-used links has been to bookmark them, but staff can quickly rack up files upon files of bookmarks which become as slow to search through as the original place the links were posted. By making links much shorter, and into plain words, GoLinks makes it possible for staff to simply recall them, granting quick access without skimming documents or bookmarks. GoLinks is not the only link-shortening product available, with an array of alternatives – some of which can be easier to employ – but the company stands out as delivering a quicker return on investment and being overall more affordable.
