Who you are

B.S. in Computer Science or related field, with 3.5+ GPA (MS/PhD is a plus, as is a concentration in AI)
0-3 years of industry experience as a Software Engineer
Fluency with AI and machine learning techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and LLMs
Ability not just to use the state of the art in AI, but to innovate upon it
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm for learning and growing as a software engineer

What the job involves

Regrello is seeking highly motivated and talented recent-grad AI engineers to join our team
In this role, you will work closely with other engineers, product managers, designers, in-house supply-chain experts, and customers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that revolutionize how global supply chains are organized and operated
Develop and implement AI models that can be used to solve complex problems in our customers' global supply chains
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product Management, and industry experts to build high-quality product features
Take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed, and be an enthusiastic team player in a dynamic startup environment
Help shape the company by participating in hiring decisions and contributing to our culture of continuous learning and growth
